Pretty fucking tired of my competency as a manager being questioned by customers and heads of other departments because of my age. If I had a nickel for every time someone in my company said "maybe it's an age thing" or a customer asks to speak to the manager and looks at me quizzically when I tell them I AM the manager I could put together a sack of nickels to beat everyone with.
