I worked for free for 3 months before I got on the line when I first started. I don't know anyone who has ever got a job with no experience that hasn't staged, not gonna happen buddy. Either work harder or find somewhere else, they clearly don't like you Whateverdude. Otherwise they would've given you a shot, trust me on that one.
