Okay, first time posting here but I would love some opinions.

I have a friend that wants to sell her guitar she got when she went backstage with the deftones before Chi's accident. All the band members signed the guitar - a fender squire (nothing special). She is asking me $175 for it. I know the worth of the guitar itself but I can't put a price on the signatures.
They are authentic but there is no proof. I know I can get them authenticated.
What do you guys think, good/bad deal? I'm sitting on the fence here.
