Holy crap that is a great list and only missing a few to be my own top list, ie Rachmaninoff's piano concerto no. 1, Tchaikovsky's "Sleeping Beauty" waltz, Staruss "The blue Danube" and, well I guess loads more but that's a great list. Kudos!
