I talk to people about music:
1. If I know them, and I know they like good music. People who don't like good music aren't worth talking to about music.
2. Someone talks to me about music.
3. If I see someone randomly wearing a band shirt of a good band or music artist.
That's really it, I talk to people about music, I think I know about 3 or 4 people who I can talk to about music, and only 1 of them really has interest/taste at the same level as me. We're music nuts, not everyone's going to be as crazy about music as us, and even some of the people on this site aren't as crazy about music as the others. This is where I go to talk about music more often than not, because it's a concentration of those people who enjoy music.
