Jordan didn't need to pass bro, that's why he led the league in scoring so much. The fact that he averaged only about 1.5 assists per game less than Lebron is actually kind of surprising.

defenses are now trained to obviously look for him everywhere (Jordan couldn't shoot a three, James can) leaving his teammates open.

Lebron shoots 34% from 3, MJ shoots 33% from 3. Fwiw, Lebron is a better 3 point shooter, but it isn't by much. Neither were ever great 3-point shooters at any point of their careers.

These factors are in play every second he's on he court, and James played around 40 minutes when he was in Cleveland, and missed at most only 5 games a season. Also LeBron was playing de facto point guard in Cleveland (as he does now).

And Michael Jordan's factors were also on the court, the exact same factors, except he was much more overpowering offensively, and every bit as good a passer or shooter as Lebron. No one says Lebron isn't great, I think he's going to retire as one of the all time greatest players, he just isn't on the same level as Michael Jordan. He doesn't have the stats or accolades, and those are tangible things. They're facts.
