I like it - for the line "A hooligan or maybe a head file?" How about changing it to "A hooligan in denial?" or "A headcase in denial?" or "Am I crazy or just hostile?" or "I feel like a mental patient on trial" or "A hooligan with a crazy smile" or "I'm out of touch, out of style" or "I'm out of touch, in denial".

I use RhymeZone rhyming dictionary and thesaurus a lot, and also an online Thesaurus. Anyway, I like your concept, and the lyrics sound like they might have a good hook. You should record a version and upload it, I'm interested to see how you sing it.
