I use a music software from MAGIX called Music Maker. It comes with a lot of great sounds and I also use "Independence", a virtual instrument, also from MAGIX that somes with a lot of cool sounds. As with most DAWS you often require additional sounds that don't come with the software. Virtual Instruments and sample libraries help extend your sonic palette and are necessary to get from 3rd party sources.
