Alcest - Shelter

I've basically given up on this band. Nothing beats Souvenirs d'un autre monde. Ecailles de Lune wasn't as good but it still had some interesting chord progressions and the black metal actually made it interesting. Les Voyages de l'Ame was crap. This isn't necessarily crap, but it sure is boring as hell.

Plus, Neige kept making a big deal about being purely a "shoegaze" band now. There were no black metal vocals in Souvenirs, wasn't that album purely shoegaze? Did the beats make it black metal? Because if that's what he means, he really needs to throw those back in there. It added a lot of dynamics to the music. Now it's so freaking dull.
