1. chewin tobacco almost 24/7. i chew all dy at work and all day and night when im not at work. i literally chew constantly
2. smokin. ive realyl curbed this. i just started a couple yrs ago and now i dont too much but i smoke on long drives and when i drink. would like to quit all together. theres no hope for quittin chewin
3) gamblin. have curbed this really well. casino gamblin and sports gamblin. once i stopped for awhile it was easier cause ya start forgettin about the adrenaline rush and what its like. if im reminded by it then i wanna gamble more and more. so out of sight out of mind for gambles
