why are you not understanding that America is unlike any other country on the planet and petty charts like the one you just tried to post holds very little water in a debate against someone that knows about statistics
These comparisons needs context. What you're saying is like saying: "hey, the obesity rate in Africa is really low, we should do what they're doing!"
Apples; oranges. There are no cities in the world like New York City. There are cities with similar or more people, but those cities aren't in highly industrialized, democratic nations. If you take out NYC, LA, Chicago, Detroit, Miami, etc, the murder rate from that chart you posted would be outrageously lower. The "gun lobbying" you're crying about,
again, is meaningless.
You can't take the guns away from criminals in the grand scheme of things. Outlawing guns would only result in the law-abiding citizens being forced into being unable to fight back.
