Here's some songs for a good sample. With Hopkin, I usually avoid the Pop singles in between the two albums which led to her being disenchanted with the Star game. The first mark of going a more Folk style was "Let My Name Be Sorrow", a stand alone single that was added onto the CD release, and then Earth Song Ocean Song.
