just made burgers on the grill and scarfed them down. protein intake levels insane rite now as ive added lump crab meat to the diet. burgers, chicken, fish, crab for bulk of meals then olives, pickles and cheeses, and bologna for snacks. feelin so motivated today and energized but how else can you really attain glory?? be motivated today thats my inspiration to others
