Right above the Date of birth there is supposed to be an option that says 'Customize user title'
if neither option is appearing for you maybe it's one those privileges you earn after posting for awhile.
i suggest you ask a mod directly cause im just guessing it works like the posting links feature, you need a set amount of post before you can link vids.
