I thought he usually does UK Hip Hop or maybe I was making that assumption off of his album before this one. Brainless , Dosein It and We Control This are the top tunes on that album for me.
He does both, it's fair to say over his whole career he's more on the hip hop side though. His best one 2000 & Life actually used mostly American beats.

Glad you like it anyway mate, you will probably like his new one based off those choices. Best tracks for me on CBTS were the Intro, Brainless, Salute Me and We're Moving Along.
