Noo "Du hast" means "You have"
In the song it's:
"Du hast mich gefragt und ich hab nichts gesagt"
which means:
"You have asked me, and I didn't say anything"
I know where the confusion comes from.
An untrained ear could hear the words "Du hasst mich",
which means "You hate me"
