Okay do this: hit the quote button the right on my post. Find where it shows a URL between two [img] tags (a square bracket followed by the letters IMG and then a closing square bracket).
Highlight everything from one tag to another. Right click and hit copy. Go to your post. Put your cursor where you want the image to show up, hit paste, you're done.
I can't edit your own post otherwise I'd do it for you. If you need graphical instructions let me know, but it's pretty straightforward really.
