Hi there. I am looking for the name of an old brit punk band I heard in the early 90s.

The only description I can provide is they often had audio from old War movies at the beginning and end of song (machine gun fire, "fire torpedos" etc.). The vocals were gritty, thick brit accent. Kinda Kronstadt Uprising or Rudimentary Peni like.
