any of u mates have any suggestion for me??
i mainly just do upper body (go ahead lol at me bro) but thats beside the point. i used jack3d as a pre workout cause its always worked for me. but what about a post workout?? i used to take whey protein powder but is there anythin with more bang for my buck?? unless im missin somethin, i can just eat eggs or tuna after workouts and its more protein for cheaper. is there a diamond in the rough somewhere as far as post workouts goes where i can get lots of protein?????
