They don't want the burden to be "A voice of a generation" most artist hate that title

There is no prerequisite that you have to be a model citizen or even a decent person to be a musician, you just need to play and sing wthvr is in your mind.

It bothers me a little when ppl project this expectation on them, as if every artist should take it upon him to better the world through a liberal message you can see other activist already have been preaching since god knows when.
