Hehe I wish I had your eyeliner skills! I am hopeless, I can only use pencil as liquid always ends up in my eye lol. Everyone has something quirky that they feel insecure about. I have a bump in my nose on one side, my eyebrows are only visible halfway (which is why I draw them), I have a deep scar on my forehead, I have a big forehead....etc. I just try not to worry about it, but I am conscience about it in photos. I don't think many people can say they look perfect, even though others are quick to judge each other. It makes me sick seeing people behind their computer making fun and being nasty about a celebrities weight as though they look better (not likely).
