Probably working my butt off to get money to replace the bike that was stolen from me
I know you can get a cheap bike for like $200 or less at a sports store, but it just sucks when you have to replace something that was stolen from you. The bike that was stolen from me was locked with a U lock (which are supposed to be practically theft proof) through the frame and the wheel. I locked it in front of the US Consulate in Toronto. Of all f
ucking places to have a bike stolen, it had to be on a street swimming with diplomats and heavy security. FFS. I would think that anyone walking around carrying a tool to cut through a steel bar would look sketchy, especially there.
