Shoulda woulda coulda. Yes there is a tolerant Christian faction but there is a larger percentage (I will stop short of calling them a majority) that may not physically attack LGBT persons or groups but will politically organize to oppose marriage rights. I saw it up close here in Washington in the 2012 elections.
