Maybe it'll end up working more-or-less as advertised, or maybe there will be a thousand unintended consequences which will make the whole program unworkable. We just don't know yet, and the only way to find out is to wait several years to see what happens.
again, there are many that see the system working very well. The millions of young people that are permitted to be on their parents plans and all the people that couldn't get coverage before because of preexisting conditions.
