There were only two or three songwriters max on Thriller, and all of those songs kick ass. That being said, I'd probably be sick of him too if I was a kid in '82-'83, considering how much his music saturated the radio back in the early 80's. Phil Collins and Genesis had the same problem a few years later in the second half of the decade.

Thriller was Jackson's sixth album though, and he was about a decade and half into his career when he made it. When he was at the stage of his career that Bieber is at now, he
did have a lot of help.
