I looking for some version of insomnia too. I heard it on the club and polish radio in 95-96. This version has 2 elements which occur together. There is:
1 Maxi Jazz rap on the slow rhythm like on cec radio mix
2 The main theme was playing on pizzicato tone from the first time (like many versions) not the synth like in cec edit.
and there was no strings like on standard version.
