Other than this site and a couple of other music/film related sites (which I rarely post at) I don't belong to any social media type sites. I never post any pictures of myself or give out any specific personal information. I don't send or receive any emails with any sensitive or potentially damning information in them, nor do I visit sites with illegal content or sites that promote extremist views. My online digital footprint is minimal and I always assume that anything I do online is visible to others and can be or is being tracked/monitored.

I'm more concerned with a potential breach in my ATM or credit card information and the possibility of someone getting into my account and going on a spending spree. Not so much for the monetary amount (which would be limited to a $50 loss in my case) but the hassle of getting everything straightened out afterwards.
