Made some soup with leftover veggies.
Potatoes, yams, parsnips, carrots, corn, bell pepper, and kale. Cumin seeds, onions, garlic, fresh rosemary. Little acidity with some tobasco sauce. Wish i had some scallions, oh well. Came out waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than expected. Quite proud of myself.
