Three guitars that changed the world: - Les Paul's Log (a 4x4 with an Epiphone neck, and homemade low impedance p-ups. The Log replaced the Clunker that prove too heavy because it was made from a Railroad tie.)
- Eddie Van Halen's Frankenstrat (PAF humbucker from a Gibson 335, and originally with a Fender Tremolo System, before a Floyd)
- Clarence White's B-Bender Telecaster (It was build with help from Gene Parsons, drummer and mechanist, and parts of a pedal steel and other junk.)
My three favorite: - Steve Howe -Gibson ES-175
- Cliff Gallup - Gretsch Duo Jet
- Keith Richards - Gibson Sunburst Les Paul
- Hank Marvin - Fender Fiesta Red Stratocaster
- Brian May - Red Special aka Fireplace or the Old Lady (It was homemade with help from his father.)
