I am not saying she shouldn't have punished her for cheating but she didn't have to act the way she did. I guess you are used room teachers pulling BS stunts like that in your country.

I think the fact she said sorry and not 'I wasn't cheating' gave the game away a bit.
Plus she was on her phone which isn't allowed so that's basically cheating in itself.
