Creepers who creep up to a light, and when it turns green they stay stopped. Then, when they realize they're holding up traffic, they do 90 mph to try to redeem themselves. This goes for the ones that slow down a mile before a light and do 2 mph, making everyone behind them do the same. Control freaks.

It's against the law here to drive while talking/texting on the phone, but people just blatantly do so anyway. I'd call a cop when I see it, but I'm usually driving too.
