The ref walked away from Duncan after the play, and Duncan followed him and pestered him. Easy technical foul call.

I agree Wade should be fined.
On an unrelated note, no, these refs are absolutely amazing, though they are letting them get away with flopping, but that's nothing new. They are letting them play, and making good calls. LeBron and Wade are scoring 90% of their points in the paint and the refs are calling the game accordingly, only calling egregious contact.
