Does the alleged troll have a reputation of consistently creating threads that lead into arguments, or constantly says things that irate other members. I guess it is in the manner of delivery too.

But then again you have to be careful of cyberbalkanization, where a person holds a different from the majority of the forum and the members target him and run him out of a forum because of his opinions are different. The only ones who remain in the forum are ones who subscribe to the majority opinion.
