I told my main supervisor (he's a really cool dude, probably my favorite person that works there) and he was horrified that the supervisor in question didn't do anything to fix the problem, then told me that he (cool dude) would have had that guy kicked out in 5 minutes.
Everyone (even the store manager) hates the supervisor in question because he's lazy, he's an idiot, he's not capable of multi-tasking, ignores pages for his assistance, and he's just useless. It's just a shame that they can't just fire him for being a goddamn idiot.
