Also, people my age who I have nothing in common with music wise still enjoy it when I blast the song at max volume. Of course those same people may listen to Bieber et al so it's a double-edged sword.

All that being said, I'm pretty much exclusively a fan of the guitar riff in blinks songs and between all the small things, and I miss you, they are pretty well set in that department to be better than GreenDay. Both bands have released some questionable records and IMO, Sum 41 wipes the floor with them both.
Yes I'm well aware that to most members here I'm comparing two ****ty pop punk bands to another ****ty pop punk band but I really think Sum is better than them both.
