The conclusion was that this was an extremely ineffective proposal, for numerous reasons not the least of which being that the blast instantly vaporizes an immense volume of water, and that much of the remaining water would rush inward where the vaporized water was. Furthermore, it would be juuuuust a little bit difficult to hide
