I eat eggs so, not vegan. Just can't have too much dairy so if I'm having pizza I'd rather make it myself. Trader Joe's has a great soy mozzarella, not as good as the real deal but a little nutritional yeast over the top and it's pretty convincing.
But yeah...
In general I'm pretty opposed to trying to emulate animal product. Synthetic meat and eggs are terrible and save for the above mentioned soy mozz, most non dairy cheeses are pretty gross too.
