Carpe Mortem

Another fun one to terrify children with, and of course learned from my good ol' dad...

We found an old ass portrait in this cabin up north and my step brother was an absolute terror of a ****ing child. So my dad said the dude in the portrait was 'Uncle Festus' and that he had lived in the cabin before us... right where my stepbrother slept.

So my dad started putting this portrait outside the window when he came in the kitchen, in the bathroom, fixed it over his bed while he was sleeping, stuck it in his backpack, just ****in HAUNTED the kid with it the whole three weeks we were up there. He was a nervous wreck by the end of it, we couldn't even say 'Uncle Festus' for years afterwards without him crying or screaming.

Could easily be done with anything old and creepy.
