I used to drive a Plymouth Acclaim. It only lasted 18 years and then it was done for (after countless repairs, that is). We just build pieces of shit here for some reason.

Ford cars I will stand by. **** I had an escort that was over 20 years old with over 200k miles on it and never had a single problem, probably would still have it today if I wasn't t-boned. And my bf's dad has a taurus with over 300k on it, only repairs on the thing have been minor and expected. This is driving in brutal Michigan winters, mind you. I'd trust a Ford over most other companies, American or otherwise. I have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles.
But yeah most others, especially ****in Chryslers, total pieces of ****. I've only drove one Plymouth, a Breeze, and it was my first car so all ****ups were my own fault. Don't know many that own them though and maybe there's a reason.
