Prolapse - Pointless Walks to Dismal Places (1994)
First time listening to this band, British Post-Punk/Post-Hardcore album with male/female vocals. The male is dominant and has a thick British accent, kinda sounds Irish to me. Overall I like it. It's got some quiet/loud moments, some subtle radio or TV-type samples in a slow instrumental ("Hungarian Suicide Song"), and some less hardcore, more indie style moments (think Pavement perhaps). I could see giving this 4/5 stars after some more listens.
