Linkin Park's The Hunting Party and Rise Against's The Black Market. Two awesome albums, one of which recorded in my hometown. Looking forward to Offspring's next album, which has been hinted to drop a single later this year (no longer signed to Columbia, so I'm interested to see where they go next).
