Sometimes its hard for me to tell the difference between these two genres.

for example this: watch?v=3zgw04Lrius

they say this is post-hardcore. For me this sounds more like screamo, but it's pretty slow. Is this the reason? afaik screamo is pretty fast just like hardcore-punk.

Or is it both?
