This is a hard one for me. I could say The Last of Us for its amazing story/graphics/characters, but the gameplay kind of makes it more like a movie.
Ultimately the Super Mario series is the best for me more than anything. I love platform games... n64/snes/ps1. From the series itself: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island - my favorite.
