I wonder if the artist in question was African American would people have no problem with that artist copying other artist and being credited for it. People are so quick to trash MJ but not Elvis, its disgusting.
So far what I'm seeing from you, is nothing but an argument that Elvis and what he did was merely borrowed from others, and somehow that takes away from his talent or merit, what he contributed to the music he played. It doesn't matter who the band, or the person is. There will always be bands or artists before them where they draw inspiration from. Whether or not Elvis just took his little dances or theatrical stage appeal from people he admired, hardly takes away from who he was as an artist; an incredible talent.
