I know this thread just got bumped and is like 5 years old, but my god, 5 pages and they still didn't get the genre right. It's post-hardcore. They're not Emo, but emo is a sub genre of post-hardcore, so that's why there are similarities.
I don't know what the 13 songs compilation is though..Seriously, what genre is that album?
