HellYeah is a mainstream metal band out of Texas that is one of my current favorite. Left remnants of Pantera.
Joey Jordisons new band, Scar The Martyr.
The christian metal band out of Nashville Tennessee, Skillet. Their 2013 release Rise is a fairly good metal album.
Currently on tour with Godsmack and Buckcherry.
