Just got done binge watching the **** out of Death Note, it's one of only a few that I've ever actually finished.
It faltered around episode 16 for me. It was absolutely brilliant before that and I was completely enthralled, but after a certain event happens where Light puts himself in jail I just felt like it lost all of its magic. I still watched until the end and enjoyed it all the same, but I was definitely disappointed by the second half of the show.
Still though, as an overall package it's really damn good. But I'm sure all of you here already knew that, so carry on.
