I disagree, I think it is way better than their first. The songwriting is more varied, interesting, and mature. Most doom ends up being a massive borefest for me and while their first album was really good, it didn't hold my attention like this one did. I also didn't realize they were from Little Rock (my current city). Man, nothing good comes from Little Rock. I'm amazed. Their album release party is tonight and I think I might go.
