First of all, it sounds again like you're just mad that somebody disagreed with you. What's the point of being on a site dedicated to musical discussion if you're going to get offended anytime anyone bashes a band you like? This is your problem, not mine. Secondly, my ears told me. I was dubious at first, but they had some good arguments. STP may have been a good enough band to be able to have their own personality, which they developed much more on later albums, but on
Core especially you can totally hear them ripping off Pearl Jam.
