Funny you say that. I actually went vegetarian about 2 months ago with the exception of eggs and it's been easy. I have cheated a few times but I don't care. Also, cut out soda. I've lost about 7 pounds and haven't changed anything other than my diet. The biggest issue is the late night binge eating after not eating during the day with work and all/munchies.
When I hurt my back they said my BP was slightly high so I wanted to get a jump on things (this is the first time it wasn't normal). I've had a gamers diet for years so I kind of expected it.
